Started in the bar with an aperol spritzer with some aperitivo snacks that were not very good. Everything was ok just nothing to write home about in the restaurant. I had a boring salad and the spaghetti al vongole, a pretty well know dish, it was fine, just a bit rich for my taste. Desert was panne cotta which was also fine just not great. I might return to try the pizza but not any of the pastas and I will skip the aperitivo. Service was friendly and relatively fast so I would give a slightly higher mark on the service than the food.

Un très bon restaurant, adresse à retenir !!! Bon accueil, pizzas excellentes et prix très abordables. Dessert delicieux ! Parle français, un vrai plus !

Trattoria Moderna Il Mattacchione

05/04/2024: Great menu of Sardinian dishes with a creative twist. Charming people. Price is very affordable considering the quality. We really enjoyed it.
13/03/2024: What a fantastic experience! I recently went to Il Mattacchione and it was a fantastic experience! The culinary "journey" proposals are different, complete and dedicated to everyone (they can be mixed with the a la carte choice if you don't want to just follow a menu). An experience to have if you want something new and fresh compared to the classic restaurant proposals. Thanks to Rossella, her dining room assistant (whose name I apologize for but I don't know) and Chef Giuseppe because they were perfect in everything. Definitely an experience worth repeating!

27/01/2024: Stumbled upon this place by chance - and how fortunate that we did! Really delicious food, good portions - not like other tourist traps! They had various options of mussels too - in all sorts of sauces. So fresh and delicious. Definitely worth trying that if you visit
03/01/2024: First time excellent restaurant impeccable overall rating 10 I recommend it. I will certainly return
