La Tavernetta In Ovada

We stayed in this wonderful farmhouse over the Easter weekend. The staff were helpful and kind right from the booking emails and continued to be so throughout the holiday. Our room was impeccable. The spa incredibly relaxing and welcoming. The restaurant is good, with gluten-free options. In particular, on Easter day we asked for a gluten-free aperitif and, despite not having booked or notified in advance and despite the amount of people in the restaurant, we were brought a platter with savory pies, sauces and gluten-free meatballs, prepared with extreme care. be careful after sanitizing the work area in the kitchen - as instructed by the staff -. All very good, accompanied by the excellent wine produced on site. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place. We booked the relaxation package including lunch, dinner, spa, massage and overnight stay. Our room was an apartment complete with a Jacuzzi and terrace! The food was excellent and obviously the wines too: we took part in a tasting at their cellar. A wonderful experience also from a historical point of view, with many anecdotes linked to the winery and the founder. The Spa is very beautiful and well-kept. The massage with Stella was a psychic as well as physical journey (thank you so much!). The service at the restaurant was excellent, all rooms very clean. Last but not least, the resort is home to three wonderful cats: Spritz, Cinnamon and Ambrogio 😍They are discreet and polite, but if invited to cuddle they will provide you with lots of sweetness to complete the magical experience. We will definitely be back!

A WONDERFUL place but above all well kept everywhere... starting from the gardens and rooms continuing with the warm and clean and very large Spa, exceptional restaurant, delightful rooms, kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff... super recommended

An original but welcoming location among the Monferrato hills, excellent cuisine and choice of local wines. We spent a truly relaxing day, also pampered by the chocolate bath with glasses of sparkling wine. Highly recommended for an escape from the city.

Very nice farmhouse immersed in the greenery of the Monferrato hills. Possibility of spending a weekend, with multiple activities, visited the spa center, extensive path with biosauna, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage pools, relaxation areas......with wine therapy (grapes from the Pierino Vellano winery) as a couple, a pleasant, unique and relaxing experience, an engaging and exciting moment. Friendly and prepared staff. Restaurant with dishes with attention to detail and with quality raw materials. I spent days dedicated to wine and food and fully felt the passion for a land yet to be explored and known better.

A friend of mine and I used a gift that included a visit to the cellar, aperitif and entry into the spa. A dream weekend! Thank you to all the staff for making this a truly magical experience. Special thanks to Roberta who guided us through the visit to the cellar and during the tasting!

It was a magnificent half day of wellness in this splendid SPA.... Already at the reception... they made us feel... welcome... All the staff... are friendly, very kind and professional... the rooms are suggestive and very well kept. Cleanliness is top everywhere... Excellent wine (Moscato) that was offered to us...... Thanks to a gift from a friend I finally tried the SPA. Castel s Pietro is my grandfather's birthplace, but in many years I had never visited it. It will be one more reason to love our countryside. Everything perfect and well looked after. Alice.
