We waited 50 minutes for the 2 first courses, very good, the appetizer never arrived, truly a shame.

A delicious bistro on the Orbetello lagoon. We were greeted by polite and pleasant staff and treated well throughout our meal. Very good food. We highly recommend.

Spending €123 for two people for a normal lunch, even if it's fish, seems excessive to me. Removing the €23 for the bottle of wine, including an IGT, you still have €100 of spending left. Dishes of normal content. Even €3 each for the service seems excessive to me. 1 pan-fried artichoke cut into pieces, we understood Roman style, €7. I'm sorry but we were a little disappointed.

A quiet evening in a beautiful place and with excellent quality food. The pici cacio e pepe and the tagliolini with prawns and bottarga are delicious. And the tart was super good too. Federico is really welcoming, it was nice to stop and have a chat with him and his partner. Thank you, see you soon.

Excellent cuisine, nice place. We had lunch outside enjoying a beautiful sunny winter day. Federico is a lovely person and knows how to advise in a polite manner.

Ottimo ristorantino di pesce. Abbiamo mangiato in giardino nonostante fosse febbraio ed è stato molto piacevole. Menu molto completo con piatti tradizionali toscani ma non solo. Buona lista vini

28/02/2024: L'ambiente è raffinato...già guardando i prodotti in vendita dietro il bancone si evince la loro volontà di FARE BENE il loro lavoro!! Scelta vastissima di prodotti sia dolci che salati... ma di una qualità migliore del solito bar. Bravi davvero! Ottimo cibo, personale gentile e competente nel dare indicazioni e suggerimenti. Locale e bagno pulitissimi. Vado di rado a Siena, ma la tappa da loro è sicura!!
25/01/2024: More than excellent hotel in a strategic point near the highway, excellent services and prices, very kind staff, there is also a bar with restaurant also open to external customers, I ate very well, everything was very good, well looked after, and more than honest prices... What more can I say? I RECOMMEND the Hotel Pace in Paganico to everyone HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

07/04/2024: We already knew Mr Ugo for the real Neapolitan pizzas, but the fish is worth 10+.... whatever he has is fresh, he offers it to you as you want, cooked at the moment, with very fresh bread and raw materials worth 10... what can I say... courtesy and kindness from the gentlemen of the restaurant industry
