A really wonderful place. Ristorante La Rosa Blu enchanted me from the start. The atmosphere is incredibly homely and cozy. The owners are warm and attentive, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The young man in service is charming and very friendly. The dishes are simple but incredibly tasty. The homemade pasta dishes are a dream and taste like “Mamma's”. Every bite is a delight! I was also impressed by the pizza, crispy dough, generously topped with just the right amount of cheese. Haven't eaten better anywhere. Here we cook with love. Thank you very much for that. Overall, Ristorante la Rosa Blu is a place I can recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy real Italian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere.

fantastic The best pizzas we've ever eaten and a delicious tiramisu. We had read in Park4night that you could spend the night there with dinner in the restaurant and we chose the place for a stop. Very friendly treatment from both the owner and the waiter. Looking forward to going back to try more dishes from the menu. We recommend it.

Authentic and always in a good mood hosts, very tasty and down-to-earth cuisine. During our five-day stay in Roccastrada in August, we visited this wonderful ristorante several times. Grazie per le belle ore! Henning & Birte

I recommend to everyone, if you pass through Roccastrada (GR) make a stop in this restaurant, pizzeria, everything is excellent, the price is reasonable

Siamo stati per la prima volta da Nada, veniamo dell’Argentario, abbiamo trovato un ambiente bello e familiare, una cucina buonissima, ed il titolare spettacolare! Consigliatissimo 🥰

28/01/2024: Small restaurant in the historic center, with a small location, basic but nice, tidy and clean Menu mainly with Tuscan land dishes. I especially enjoyed the stew. Tasty meat, generous portion. The first courses are also good Very positive service. Friendly and very attentive waiter
