We went to this restaurant for lunch having come from Rome for a day trip to L'Aquila. A friend of the group had already been there and recommended it. I confess that when we saw the menu we weren't convinced because we were thinking of a quicker and simpler meal, but we completely changed our minds! The place is very nice and welcoming, the food is really excellent! We had a sheep tartare which was truly fabulous! Then some tortelli filled with sheep's ricotta with lemon and mint. The pasta was delicious and remained very light and tasty. Then we had fun with the desserts, tasting the various types offered. Nothing trivial, but all very enjoyable. In short, an experience worth repeating! The slightly lower rating on the service is certainly not for the owner, passionate and competent, but for a waiter who is still very inexperienced...

Local on the main street in the centre.
General note the premises do not open before 7.30pm/8pm.
The furnishings are very nice and stylish.
Refined but well balanced flavours. Few dishes but well done.
It ranges from gourmet pizzas to first courses.
We took 2 tortelli and 2 desserts (absolutely delicious!).
The cost is a little out of the average but in my opinion it's worth it.

Very refined and welcoming place. The owner's advice was spot on. Extremely experimental cuisine with high-level ingredients. Starry restaurant cooking techniques. Anyone who complains because they don't make bruschetta shouldn't even go near it: it's a place that's not for them. Haute cuisine at the right price. We come from Milan where the offer is very high. This restaurant has nothing to envy. Keep it up

L’arredamento, le moto d’epoca e i vari complementi, tipo bilance e affettatrici antiche, trasmettono un’ospitale atmosfera tipicamente vintage. Le pizze sono buone, non sono molte da scegliere ma tutte sfiziose. L’impasto non è quello tradizionale, assomiglia più ha una focaccia, gli ingredienti sono di prima scelta. Personale gentile.

Bel locale nel pieno del passaggio della città. Ho provato una pizza gourmet e dolce. L’impasto della pizza buono, ma un po’ troppo compatto per il mio personalissimo punto di vista. Tutto perfetto, locale e servizio compresi. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono, approved!
