Just returned home from La Locandina di Bacco. What to say? You have to get to the core: exceptional staff, exceptional food, exceptional environment! We highly recommend everything, no disappointments, quite the opposite in fact!

Non ho mai scritto recensioni negative e neanche questa lo sarà, perché è stato tutto buono o molto buono. Il posto è particolare, un piccolo mondo da scoprire. L’oste è una persona di cultura, con cui è un piacere disquisire. Il conto è stato però una sorpresa, anche perché non viene portato il menù ed i prezzi si scoprono solo alla fine. Allego lo scontrino. Abbiamo preso due antipasti, due primi (di cui uno una pasta in bianco col burro), due secondi, un contorno, tre dolci, due caffè, due bottiglie di acqua e una bottiglia di Tellus 2021. Alcuni piatti sono stati indubbiamente particolari, ricercati, e oggettivamente buoni, ma la sensazione alla fine è di aver speso troppo, per due adulti e un bambino. A meno che non ci sia stato un errore nel conto, ma nell’impossibilità di verificarlo data l’assenza del menù.

Local in the historic center of Carbognano, very original with significant historical relics. Nice owner with a poetic way of describing the dishes. The preparations are all excellent, there is an excellent chef in the kitchen. The soups are fantastic, praise goes to the one with onions, the first courses are tasty and the desserts are excellent! The experience is pleasant and the local raw materials are excellent. I am removing a star only because in my opinion the customer should have a menu with the prices of the dishes to know how much he is spending since we are on medium-high prices.

On the recommendation of a relative of mine who lives in nearby Nepi, we had lunch in this very welcoming and very characteristic place. The menu told by the eclectic owner almost as if it were a poem is made up of typical dishes of the Lazio culinary tradition. The tripe and pasta alla carbognana are excellent, practically a gricia with fresh pasta, very seasoned and very tasty. Fabulous baked lamb with potatoes, not to be missed. The desserts are to be tried and not talked about. All prepared with quality raw materials. Fast and very friendly service with very pleasant incursions from the owner who cheer up the wait between courses. Prices a little higher than normal but in line with the quality of the dishes and the raw materials. Well done!

Locale accogliente, cibo buono, parecchio condito e pasta alla “carbonaia” pienissima di pepe. Carpaccio con funghi porcini buono. Nota negativa, non esiste un menu scritto, il proprietario elenca i piatti e consiglia i vini sedendosi al tavolo. Finale a sorpresa con un conto più alto della media. Ma perché non scrivete anche solo una lavagnetta con i prezzi?

Tutto perfetto.. Tutto buonissimo.. Molta cortesia e professionalità.. Lo consiglio ma mi sembra veramente troppo troppo eccessivo.. Il conto.. Molto caro.. Molto... Fuori mercato.. Ci si deve preparare a spendere 70/80 euro a persona x una cena /pranzo completo delle classiche portate..

Esperienza molto piacevole sia per l ottima cucina sia per l accoglienza che ti mette a tuo agio. Ci tornerò sicuramente
