Excellent welcome and service! With the orecchiette with turnip tops we were on the safe side and the lamb was also very good. The thing that surprised me, however, was the chocolate salami! Unique!

I bet the food with wine will be better, please dont eat horse meat and drink coke like me 😁😁 I love the atmosphere and restaurant’s decoration. Furthermore the chef and the waiter are so nice and kind 5/5 for the waiter cute smile 😄

Going to the Giara is like going back forty years, rustic surroundings and characteristic healthy, genuine food. Owner very welcoming waitresses I tasted the orecchiette with turnip greens and the drunken soup cooked in wine. Secondly, the owner was kind enough to let me try the horse sausage and scamorza because half portions are also available. The excellent desserts are a marvel of pear, fig and walnut tart while still warm. What can I say, I will definitely be back as soon as possible, thanks again.

Ate for the first time in this historic Apulian restaurant. Both the panzerotti and the braciole (rolls) with sauce are excellent. Good choice of wines. I will be back to try new dishes...

Devi sapere cosa ti aspetti... è una trattoria con cibo casalingo, come se andassi dalla nonna. Ambiente rustico e semplice con le panche. Cibo semplice, buono, gustoso e porzioni discrete. Personale simpatico . Alla domenica ci sono tante famiglie con e senza bambini. Tavolate con compleanni di adulti. Buoni anche i prezzi dei piatti.

Ristorante molto semplice alla mano Dove si possono gustare piatti della tradizione pugliese veramente ottimi e fatti come li faceva la mia nonna di Bari. In particolare abbiamo provato le orecchiette alle cime di rape e gli involtini al sugo spettacolari, come fatti in casa. Il mio fidanzato ha preso della carne alla griglia buonissima. I prezzi sono buoni. Lo consiglio vivamente. Si respira un'atmosfera familiare anche Stefano e Stefania sono stati gentilissimi molto simpatici e sorridenti siamo stati davvero bene. 😊🤗Grazie

22/03/2024: Authentic Osteria with a small, well-selected menu. The service was very attentive and courteous. We were looked after very well despite the language barrier. The ingredients were fresh and the food was excellent. Totally recommended.

Al Rifugio Pugliese da Muciaccia

04/05/2024: A traditional Pugliese restaurant keeps up with the promise. Food is simple and truly homemade. I've had the best burrata ever. Made that morning, served in the evening. Perfectly smooth, soft, creamy, and mild. Orecchiette with 4 cheeses are amazing. Orecchiette with rocket and ricota lacked rich taste and creaminess. But overall, nice experience.
01/05/2024: Dinner with 2 typical Apulian dishes: cavatelli with mussels/chickpeas and rice, potatoes and mussels. All good! But dishes not exactly as per the Apulian tradition in particular: rice, potatoes and mussels, which could be improved. Covered: good bread and excellent taralli, it's impossible not to dig into the dishes! Rosé wine on tap: very good. We concluded with cannoli and coffee: exquisite. Friendly staff, efficient service, nice room and very clean bathroom. I conclude with the receipt: 30e per person; all in all prices in line with the fact that we are in the center of Milan and we are eating good quality food. We will definitely be back to try the meat dishes, we recommend it.++++++
