Outstanding meat quality, a place aims to be one of the best steakhouses in Calabria. A place like this 20/25 years ago in Cropani was probably Sci-fi but today it is reality. They have meat from all over the World, from South America to Australian to Danish, Piedmont region, carefully selected and explained to clients who are not meat experts. I loved the fact they served the starters gradually and slowly to ease up the waiting time, so we enjoyed many plates in the meanwhile meat was cooking. The owner knows how to read in the mind of clients and I like the way she deals with em. I appreciated the professionality and kindness. They have two wine charts, one with local calabrese wines and another with prestigious labels like wines from Bolgheri,Langhe wines as Nebbiolo, Barolo, defintely an excellent cantina. Interiors are warm, seats are enough comfy, they should delete the title "Trattoria", level is much higher than a trattoria and environment is less informal. In what they may improve? this my own personal advice: *There is taste in the decors but they may make it even more beautiful and warmer. ** Please no water in plastic bottles, just GLASS BOTTLE, those are classier and environmental friendly. *** Calabrese wine chart is ok but there are calabrese wines with even higher standards like Cassiodoro from Senatore label. Overall it is probably the best meat restaurant in this area, included whole Catanzaro. My compliments to your successful ambitious project! 👏
