Ho pranzato di recente alla dispensa dei raccomandati e come al solito sono rimasto profondamente colpito sia dalla cucina squisita che dal servizio impeccabile. Il menu presentava non tante varietà di piatti, ma i prodotti e il saper fare con la professionalità mette in evidenza i più spiccati e audaci sapori di una bella presentazione. Il proprietario ( Davide Paglialunga) attento e competente ha fatto in modo che il nostro pasto fosse memorabile, fornendo ottimi consigli e garantendo la nostra soddisfazione. Non potrò mai raccomandare abbastanza la Dispensa dei Raccomandati per una fantastica esperienza culinaria".

Passeggiata per Nardò il 31.12 per pranzo. Molti ristoranti chiusi e chi aperto pieno. Alla Dispensa ci accoglie con il sorriso il gestore e per nostra fortuna troviamo l'ultimo tavolo disponibile. Il locale è piacevole, ben arredato e pulito. Il personale, un ragazzo ed una ragazza, sorridenti ed educati, solerti ed attenti. Il gestore ci illustra e consiglia al meglio i piatti ed il vino da abbinare. Si mangia principalmente pesce fresco, ben cucinato nelle giuste porzioni. Mai abbandonati dal servizio attento e cortese. Costi giusti considerando la qualità del cibo. Non abitiamo a Nardò ma a Roma ed eravamo lì solo per Capodanno e quindi sarà, con dispiacere, difficile tornare a "La Dispensa dei Raccomandati" ma se ci dovesse succedere di ritrovarci in zona sicuramente saremo loro ospiti.

24/05/2024: Food: as it is out of summer season, the food was good and tasty; certainly, in full season with the products that only Salento can provide, it will be much tastier. Welcoming environment is practically like staying at home.
21/05/2024: We went for dinner today. Everything was fine so far, the food was very good and the service was also very good, not to mention the ambience. The restaurant can be recommended without hesitation. Personally, I was extremely satisfied with my main course.

26/05/2024: An unforgettable experience. Last Saturday (6 May 2023) I decided to have dinner at "Corte Celestini" together with my girlfriend. It's been a while since I've been to this restaurant, which is why I really wanted to savor old pleasures again. We opened the dance with some excellent oysters and an appetizer of mussels marinara style; mussels that we found light, delicate in taste, but at the same time delicious. Subsequently we catapulted ourselves onto two first courses: I chose linguine with clams and friscus, while my partner opted for a tagliolini with cheese, pepper and tuna tartare. What to say? We were literally amazed. Sublimely cooked pasta, fantastic seasonings and incredibly positive sensations. We washed it all down with an excellent rosé wine. The epilogue of the evening could only be entrusted to a delicious dessert + bitters. Extremely honest account. In short, to make a long story short: we were really happy, not only for the wonderful quality of the cuisine, but also for the modus operandi of the staff and for Walter's extreme friendliness. Seeing is believing. It may seem like a cliché, but I guarantee that in this heavenly refreshment point you will truly feel at home.
