La Colubrina In Milano

I visited this place with my vegan daughter's, sorry but I didn't rate it.

One of the best vegan restaurants I've been to so far. Large selection of “plant based” dishes, a slightly smaller menu at lunchtime. Desserts - we were extremely satisfied with the boss's recommendation! :)) Thank you very much, we would love to come back!

I'm not vegan, but I've gone several times with my son, who is. I must say that the dishes are well prepared and extraordinarily good. A few evenings ago, we invited a friend who was surprised by the quality and care they take. In particular the pizzoccheri are exceptional, and the stuffed artichoke equally. I personally complimented the cook, a kind lady whose passion she puts into her work shines through. We'll be back soon.

La Colubrina was a huge disappointment before we even sat down at a table. We made a reservation on google, but they had no records of our reservation. All the records were handwrittwn. The person annoyingly shoved us to a corner seat, obviously not interested in finding our reservation or showing us any basic courtesy. We looned through the "english" menu bit this was only half the relevant information about the food. For example, the beers were not listed according to type and our waitresss did not know what the beers were and was not interested in finding out. She knew that one beer was an ipa, but nothing else. So i ordered the sparkling water rather than throw a dart at the beer menu. My wife chose a random beer, which turned out to be a very hoppy pilsner. The staff were very friendly and nice towards some of the italian patrons, but there were a bunch of us foreigners, and we just rolled our eyes towards each other. Oh, and the sink in the vathroom didnt have water, or the faucet had some unfathomable mechanism. As for the food itself, i had the smoked seitan, and the presentation on that was beautiful; it came in a smoke filled container which was lifted. The seitan itself was soft and kind of bland. There were red beets and some broccoli, which were good, and it sat on a bed of yellow sauce of unknown i gredients. My wife had a pizza, and it was a typical wholemeal spelt pizza. We were hoping for a good vegan italian pizza, and only having options for these alternate flours was disappointing. The best part was the lentil mozzarella pizza topping, which was quite tasty and made the pizza work. The oven roasted potatoes were fine, exactly what you would make yourself with a little oil and salt. Overall i would steer clear, unless you specifically want the whole spelt or gluten free experience.

Excellent vegan restaurant a stone's throw from Corso Buenos Aires. Welcoming and pleasant location in a mix of classic and modernized style. Correct and punctual service, kind and friendly staff. Food, good, some dishes also excellent, such as the pizzoccheri and pumpkin gnocchi among those we tried, even if the most essential thing of all is that the dishes that arrive at the table are all cruelty free, because they are prepared without any derived ingredients from animal exploitation, so top! Also good value for money, I recommend it!

Very good vegetarian cuisine in Milan! The dishes are well prepared and the servers are friendly. A top address!

Seriously I have nothing to say this place is just incredible. I visited with a non vegan and we both loved everything we ate. The desserts are some of the best vegan desserts I have ever tried. Not to mention the chef and server were such nice people, helping us choose dishes. Overall great atmosphere, very intimate. This will be my first stop next time in Milano :)

Il miglior ristorante vegano !!!! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, tutto cucinato al momento per cui ci sta, quando è pieno, un po’ di attesa . Fantasia vegana che credo possa conquistare anche il palato di chi non è un vegano tutto d’un pezzo come me . Brave 👏

Ci sono stata due. La prima in gruppo: ottimo cibo e ottimo servizio. Tutto curatissimo e fatto in casa con cura e impegno. La seconda ci sono tornata qualche settimana dopo. Seppure il servizio ai tavoli fosse sempre impeccabile, il cibo lo è stato meno. Il mio risotto non era tale ma era tipo orzo, per di più scotto e insipido. Non mi sono lamentata ma ci sono rimasta male, anche perché i prezzi non sono abbordabili.
