Wonderful dinner... the owner pampers you as only a professional and passionate person can do! The cuisine is as excellent as the products and the environment... the price is perfectly adequate! What about an experience to be repeated every season to taste their proposals! Thank you

In collina direzione Pino Torinese. Ampio salone variopinto con maxi stufa di Castellamonte in evidenza. Menù degustazione ed alla carta. Ordinato alla carta gallina, plin, faraona, torta di nocciole. Inclusi 2 amuse bouche e brindisi con bollicine. Servizio impeccabile, super professionale, gestito da operatori esperti. Cibo eccellente, atmosfera allietata da pianoforte d ambiance. Mi dono veramente sentito coccolato. La classe non è acqua. Complimenti

All perfect! Having arrived by chance, we were welcomed very well with the story of the birth of the restaurant, we had an excellent lunch with typical local and seasonal dishes, I highly recommend the braised agnolotti, all pleasantly accompanied by the piano music of a maestro who knows how to interpret and measure its intervention. Adequate price. Not recommended for those who are in a hurry or who are not interested in the pleasures of taste and hearing.

A slightly dated place, however welcoming, with beautiful ceramic stoves from Castellamonte, not particularly courteous staff, normal food, without particular pretensions..

Bella esperienza in questo ristorante familiare alla terza generazione, ambiente un filo retrò ma elegante, accoglienza e servizio molto cordiali e sinceramente affabili. Mangiato molto bene, tre soli piccoli difetti a mio parere: bagna cauda in assaggio senza aglio ( ma è comprensibile ormai siamo una società di vampiri :)) e risotto al tartufo ben ben salato; il ripieno della faraona troppo raffinato a mio parere, chiedeva più ruralità. Ma sono marginalità. Gradimento totale per una cena da ricordare, non ci siamo trattenuti su nulla e graditissime le gran grattate di tartufo sul bittico di primo: con bottiglia vino barbaresco a 45 euro il conto x due è stato di 190 euro. Bravi proprio

07/04/2024: Restaurant chosen for a short trip to Turin. Dinner booked for a Friday evening and the place presented itself with a very welcoming atmosphere, soft music and no noise as often happens in restaurants and finally, what is fundamental, kind and extremely helpful staff. As for dinner, I would say impeccable. The quality of the food is very high and the prices decidedly competitive. The tajarin are highly recommended as they look and taste delicious and the sandwiches, for those who prefer a more homemade solution, are excellent. Tried the "Stelvio" as a lover of pesto and bresaola and also the "Piemontese" is a fantastic sandwich with a herb omelette and above all sweet gorgonzola to tickle the palate. In case of a future trip, it will be a gastronomic destination that deserves to be visited again.

28/03/2024: The ice cream is delicious and there is a wide variety of flavors to choose from, the owner is super friendly. However, the thing that surprised me the most (positively) were the prices: a cone with three flavors for only €2, a price that cannot be found anymore (especially in Turin). We will definitely be back!!
