The place is nice, the food is good and essential in presentation, the service should be cared for a little more, and I recommend a more thorough cleaning of the toilets. Affordable prices. All in all good. Thank you

Today, Sunday 17 March 2024, we pleasantly returned after thirty years, together with a group of friends, to this restaurant to rediscover the flavors of a cuisine that respects tradition and good taste, not to mention the welcome of Mrs. Orsola, a lovely person. And kind. We will definitely be back soon.

In visita alla stupenda casertavecchia mi sono fermato alla castellana, location rustica ma calda, camino spettacolare, accoglienza gentile, piatti buonissimi.

Il cibo era buono sopratutto le verdure abbondanti, fresche e di ottima qualità. La temperatura in sala veramente troppo bassa in quanto l’ambiente era riscaldato esclusivamente da un piccolo camino e non c’era riscaldamento tanto che gli ospiti erano costretti a indossare la giacca

13/05/2024: Visiting Caserta, the Royal Palace, dinner a few steps away. Everything perfect, simple, well-kept and familiar environment. Super excellent dinner!!! Starter with caprese, and a super second course with sausage and slice of black pig with side dishes!!! I'd say super! Thanks also for the welcome. Advised!
08/05/2024: Small place near the Caserta station, very nice, tidy and not chaotic. Excellent food, large portions. Fast service and very kind and friendly employees. I had an appetizer consisting of ham and mozzarella, which was really good and fresh. Then I had a first course consisting of pasta with venison ragout... that was excellent too. To finish I had a pistachio semifreddo which was really tasty. The prices are not very high, I will definitely go back!
