True genuine cuisine with the flavors of the past and homemade pasta and desserts, in a super hospitable and familiar environment. What more do you want? Ten out of ten, highly recommended We will definitely return also because it is only 45 minutes from Rome. Reservation recommended on weekends

Ristorante facile da raggiungere buona scelta tra menù di terra o di mare ottimi i tagliolini con tartufo perfettamente cotto agnillo a scottadito molto gustosa la zuppa inglese Tutto il personale educatissimo e molto efficiente Rapporto qualità prezzo onestissimo

Large, comfortable and clean room. Speedy service. In this restaurant I ate the Stringozzi alla Sabinese and in the sauce they used pitted olives, a precaution that I appreciated. For a first course, an appetizer, a dessert and a coffee I spent €25.

Traditional restaurant where you can taste both land and sea dishes, located in the Sabina hills. Locality Torricella in Sabina. Panoramic and quiet location. Warm and hospitable environment in summer you can dine outdoors under a beautiful porch. The cuisine embraces the flavors of the place such as the Sabine ragu, a typical local dish. Abundant starter, attentive and fast service. Also worth trying is the pizza. Advised.

Dopo tantissimi anni (un ragazzino di 8-9-10 anni sono tornato in questo ristorante con mia moglie alla cassa trovo la signora Luciana incredibile sempre la stessa persona non invecchia mai....... Provo un po di tutto antipasto primo secondo contorno dolce tutto da panico! Quando ero bambino mangiavo in questo ristorante con i miei genitori molto spesso di passaggio da Roma andando in un paese nelle vicinanze che dire non è cambiato nulla anzi ho trovato tantissima qualità tutto ottimo a un prezzo eccezionale Grande signora Luciana tornerò molto più spesso!

05/05/2024: Very good food, family atmosphere, exceptional friendliness and courtesy.
01/05/2024: We decided to organize our son's communion with Anita, an exquisite and kind person. We agreed on the menu this summer and also tasted it to "test" it. The ham and melon appetizer, the ricotta with honey, the roasted peppers and the vegetable flan kicked things off. The homemade gnocchi deserve a special mention: they are sublime! A delight with meat sauce. And what about tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms? A delicacy. For the second course we chose lamb cutlets (incredibly delicate) and veal with a side of sautéed chicory. Green salad to finish. The crumbled berries and chocolate chips ended the day: fantastic. Too bad it arrived after all the previous dishes, abundant and tasty. Everything was washed down with Montepulciano and pecorino from Abruzzo. I don't want to talk about the bill, because we were treated not well, very well! Thanks Anita. We will be back soon for more tastings. After a few months I update the review, I fully confirm what has already been said previously.

03/03/2024: Questo ristorante è incantevole! Bellissima atmosfera grazie alla graziosa location, al grande camino acceso e all’accogliente salone con magnifiche e imponenti capriate in legno. Tavoli apparecchiati con gusto e sobrietà. Il proprietario attento e cortese si vede che ci tiene. Per quanto riguarda il cibo era tutto squisito e si sentiva che gli ingredienti erano di qualità, come l’olio da loro prodotto, che abbiamo apprezzato su fantastiche bruschette (ottimo pane, perfettamente croccante e non bruciato e duro come di solito ti arriva in altri posti). Ho scoperto questo delizioso ristorante grazie a The Fork, ero in macchina e ho chiamato per chiedere se era possibile mangiare un piatto di pasta con un sugo di pomodorini semplice, mi hanno risposto subito di sì e non è scontato. Il tempo di arrivare da loro e quando mi sono seduta a tavola e ho chiesto la loro pasta fatta in casa mi hanno detto che il sugo che avevo chiesto al telefono lo avevano già preparato per me. Ho apprezzato molto l’attenzione al cliente. Per concludere è proprio il posto che piace a me: lontano dal caos e in campagna, semplice, intimo e raccolto ed è già nella lista dei miei ristoranti preferiti! Laura
