Excellent restaurant in the heart of Castiglione di Sicilia. Very clean and welcoming place. Excellent quality; we ate an exceptional meat tartare with mushrooms, well presented and with perfectly balanced flavours. The owner is a polite and capable person! Highly recommended.

Le chef a une grande maîtrise des cuissons , aussi bien pour les plats mijotés ( lapin) que les viandes à la minute ( tagliata). Il y a de la recherche dans les présentations et les saveurs et les prix sont raisonnables. Nous avons eu un échange sympathique avec l’équipe de cuisine que nous avons félicitée. Nous avons goûté des plats que nous n’avons pas retrouvés sur d’autres cartes. Large carte d’excellents vins. Nous avons été bien servis par le patron, discret. Demandez-lui l’histoire du restaurant, ouvert depuis l’été 2022.

In week end sull’Etna facendo una ricerca su Trip su dove cenare a Castiglione vedo questo locale col massimo dei voti e decido di prenotare. Il locale si affaccia su una piccola piazza ed è molto bello e caratteristico. Il personale gentilissimo ed il cibo ottimo dall’antipasto coi salumi alla tartare di carne per finire al secondo di maiale con funghi porcini. Tutta la materia prima di ottima qualità e ben cucinata. Infine ottimo rapporto qualita’/prezzo. Consigliato vivamente

In the small town of Castiglione di Sicilia is a very good restaurant, La Cantina di Monsignore. We came without reservation a enjoy the best of Sicilians kitchen. The chef cooked very fine and the service was great. Our recommandations for this hidden restaurant on a small square.

I can't have better words for this restaurant. Both the attention and the food were 10. Despite taking a long time to choose, since we couldn't decide, everything was good words. The site is wonderful.

04/02/2024: Le ottime referenze e la presenza sulla guida Michelin sono pienamente giustificate, cucina di altissimo livello con piatti della tradizione rivisitati e preparati con cura. Ottima la carta dei vini. Consigliatissimo.
22/09/2023: Una cena veramente eccezionale, materie prime di altissima qualità e piatti preparati con grande capacità. Bravi! Seppur il livello qualitativo sia alto, credo che il prezzo sia leggermente superiore, mi aspettavo un po’ meno. Comunque, è un esperienza da provare

02/05/2024: Struttura immersa nel verde e ben tenuta, ristorante carino e pulito, il personale cortese ed attento, il pranzo è stato piacevole con una buona presentazione dei piatti ed anche il gusto e la qualità si sentivano. Siamo stati bene. Prezzo medio/alto.
22/03/2024: 5 star experience ⭐️ We are Andrea and Federica and we got married on 03/21/2024, celebrating inside the magnificent Perrotta farmhouse. What can we add to something that was flawless and perfect from start to finish? Andrea (the maître) was impeccable, leaving nothing to chance, he looked after us with attention and dedication for the entire duration of the reception; we had the pleasure of meeting him during the rehearsal dinner, where with great professionalism and humanity he illustrated to us how everything would take place. A special thank you also to Sofia, who followed us from Australia (where we live) up to here, every moment and moment! An infinite thank you to all the staff and the guys in the room and to the Chef who gave us an unforgettable day. In short: thanks to those who have turned a passion into a profession.
