Une cuisine de qualité maison , de bons produits, d’excellent plats bien présentés , le chianti au verre très bien , à cela on ajoute un passionné au service dans un très bon cadre sur une belle terrasse. Pour tout cela je recommande cet établissement.

Delicious location and even more delicious food, highly recommended. The platter as an appetizer was very good and the spaghettoni with tomato sauce was also excellent!

Ottima terrazza sulla Val D’Arno. Locale riservato, atmosfera tranquilla e di classe ma con una familiarità gentile e mai eccessiva. Cibo ben servito e di gran qualità. Vini ottimi. Ottima la competenza del proprietario. Da venire a provare se si viene a San Miniato.

Wonderful dining experience, truly. The stuffed neck, truly fabulous. And the cold cuts, really wonderful. It was then a very pleasant plus, being able to taste, expertly guided, an excellent peated whisky, truly top class. Definitely, we will return. An experience absolutely worth trying.

This time too “La cantina del Fondo” satisfied our eyes and palates. The sunset on the quiet panoramic terrace is beautiful. The cuisine is delicious, Tuscan tradition revisited. Absolutely worth trying are the various cuts of meat, the chicken neck, the guinea fowl, the tongue, the liver appetizer and the various pasta dishes handmade by the cook. Obviously there is no shortage of truffles! Then finally a place where the innkeeper knows the wines well and guides us to discover new proposals. Price in line with the offer and the location. Highly recommended!
