I didn't stay overnight, I just stopped for lunch and it was the best thing I could have done! The place is really nice, the friendly owners and staff will make you feel at home and the food is really good. Spacious pici cacio & pepe, the peposo divine, it melted in your mouth and the wild boar was also very delicate, I would say I ate really well, congratulations! I highly recommend it!

During our tour of Chianti we stopped in Radda, a magnificent medieval village with a breathtaking view and we discovered La Bottega di Giovannino, an authentic, welcoming and tastefully furnished inn. The first impact was decidedly positive and after tasting their dishes we had confirmation of this. Everything was extremely good and genuine, from the oil to the tagliatelle, from the pici, to the tagliatelle and obviously a huge choice of excellent wine. The owner and staff were very kind and friendly. Definitely a pleasant discovery where we will certainly be happy to return.

Visited this restaurant twice on our stay in Radda family run restaurant great food and wine on both occasions lovely atmosphere and we had two wonderful evenings here

Posto rustico ma ben curato, atmosfera davvero allegra, il personale è carinissimo. Buon menù molto semplice ma cucinato benissimo. Ottima la carta dei vini. Abbiamo assaggiato crostoni, cinghiale e peposo. I primi sembravano ottimi. Non mi pare servano bistecca. Dolci bellissimi, purtroppo non ce la facevamo più. Ottimo il conto. Prenotate.
