The quality of the dishes offered on the menu is superb. Typical dishes of Tuscan poor cuisine, offered with attention and care in the quality of the raw materials and the quality of the finished product. Many of the dishes offered are prepared by Diego Giannoni... for example the ribollita and the wild boar ragù. To try. Advised. It deserves it. Lè bu fes.

Warmly recommended by friends, we have verified its veracity. You can eat really well at a fair price. Very kind and helpful staff and the chef is proud of his origins and offers very interesting dishes. Great experience

Siamo stati a cena con la confraternita del buongusto di coccaglio , ottimo servizio titolari molto professionali e simpatici . Tutto buono , nota di merito per il lardo top e costine cotte a bassa temperatura si scioglievano in bocca ,fiorentina da 1.6 kg buona d'altronde da un toscano ce lo aspettavamo ,varie etichette vini molto dell'isola d'elba ( titolare e chef viene da li) . Bravi torneremo un saluto fabio il priore.

21/05/2024: Pizza with excellent leavening, welcoming location and helpful staff, the owner is a little too serious for my tastes.
19/05/2024: It's too hot inside in the summer season, I recommend booking a table outside. Perfect pizza, if you want real Italian pizza you won't be disappointed here. We highly recommend it!

24/03/2024: Excellent food, refined and very tasty Excellent service and pleasant environment
20/03/2024: Found by chance while walking around the historic center of Brescia. Very welcoming and well furnished, it is unfortunately a little small so if it is full it is quite noisy. For lunch it offers a fixed price menu (€18 for first and second courses and €15 for first or second courses including side dish, water and coffee) with a choice of three courses. Both the Thai lentil soup and the revisited potato gateau were much appreciated. Friendly, efficient and professional service (with concise but effective descriptions of the different dishes). I will certainly return on my next visit to Brescia.
