6 of us had lunch in a fantastic setting with the open door leading to the cheese maturation cave. An experience not to be forgotten as well as a truly sublime lunch, compliments to the cook. Thanks also to the nice and friendly waitresses. I invite everyone to go to Bottega di Canfreo.

Nice experience, excellent cuisine that enhances local products, the guy at the service was very kind, the owner was helpful, we had a pleasant conversation and he showed us the cave.

Walking around the Pisan hills we arrived in Lari, an enchanting place where we stopped for lunch
Polite and friendly staff, excellent quality of the products used and the territory
The Queen's pasta is excellent not to mention the sea of Lari 😋 then to finish the desserts very good but grandma's cake is TOP

We had dinner on December 30th.
My opinion and that of the other 9 diners was more than positive, considering the value for money.
Nice, charming and warm atmosphere, not very large.
Friendly and prepared staff.
€131 for two first courses (valcella, or pasta with sausage ragù), a pork loin, an artisanal fried potato, a 0.5L artisanal beer, a 0.75L still water, 1.9kg of Fiorentina (€3.90 to hg) and if I'm not mistaken also a coke.
Finally, two desserts, cake and tiramisu, and bitters offered by the house with the possibility of choosing between various types. (Fantastic)

Una piccola bottega con sapori veri, semplicità e concretezza fuori dal comune, e anche una certa eleganza. Direi: raffinatezza senza supponenza. Una piacevole sorpresa in un borgo che vale il viaggio. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Inaspettata pure la convenienza. Il posto è piccolo. Io sono andato per caso, ma credo sia ragionevole prenotare, per evitare sorprese.

Come ogni anno ci rechiamo ad acquistare la famosa pasta Martelli e ci fermiamo in questa piccola trattoria dove si può assaggiare la vera cucina toscana tradizionale

Piccola Bottega con piatti tipici toscani,abbiamo assaggiato salumi e formaggi per poi continuare con la zuppa e lo spaghetto Tafferuglio tutto ottimo.
