The competence and professionalism of the owner of this Gluten Free Laboratory/Shop are exceptional. He always has the right advice to give for every need. Variety of both fresh and packaged products. Regarding the really good and genuine fresh products, both the baked ones and the pastry ones. Very nice shop with all new furniture. Highly recommended

18/09/2023: Now that the management has changed it's a different story, everything was perfect, especially the courtesy of the staff and the owner!!
17/08/2023: This cafe is large inside, and has some tables outside too. The service is excellent. I am convinced that the appropriate grade is 4 stars

24/03/2024: Good location - excellent service - good pizza. Finally a Foggia-style pizza and not a Neapolitan-style one.
12/03/2024: I only ate the pizza which isn't to my taste, I prefer it crunchier...the semifreddo and the artisanal desserts in general were excellent...maybe we waited a little too long I think because of the takeaway pizzas considering it's a Saturday...
