One of the best restaurants in the province of Trapani. Excellent food, each dish has a story. Excellent staff: the owner, the chef and the waiters. When everything is done with the heart... You can perceive it.

We ended up here by chance one evening in September 2023. Booked at the last minute, we didn't know what expectations. We enter and are catapulted into this magical little garden, everything looked after down to the last detail, live music played excellently by a very good musician... already very happy with this, we were satisfied with our meal, the appetizer with the trio of tuna was excellent and both pastas were delicious which I attach in the photo. Attentive and trained staff, very competent in choosing the wine to accompany our order. A beautiful surprise, a beautiful evening!

There are just a few restaurants in Trapani and province where we like to go because the majority of them propose the same type of food in a sort of copy and paste style. We have been impressed by the culinary skills and style of chef Angelo Genna before, so when we heard he was going to collaborate with La Bottega del Carmine we booked a table immediately. We both chose the 5 course tasting menu which each course paired with a different wine. Each course was gorgeous in which local ingredients were cooked, combined and presented in such an unusual and yet outstanding way that it is like we have been taken into a fantastic journey where flavours and textures are designed to please you.
We will definitely be back.
