Enchanting location, large spaces surrounded by greenery and overlooking the swimming pool. The perfect place to enjoy an aperitif and relax. The very beautiful and truly good dishes offer seasonal cuisine using local products.

The restaurant is amaz8ng. 5he Chef here is all about presentation and taste. We started with the liver pate with apple. The pate came out with a tiny apple, it was the pate shaped into an apple and covered in green aspec, with sauce. Amazing flavor. My spouse had the Saffron Risotto, I had the pheasant two ways. The pheasant was incredible, the grilled had foie gras cold and encrusted hot on two spots on the plate, and then baked two breasts. OMG, amazing. Both were fantastic. The desserts were excellent as well. Very impressed.

While staying in the village, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant and the location is very beautiful. Second courses (catch of the day and deer) were excellent, unfortunately the starter (egg and artichoke), as communicated to the restaurant manager, besides being cold, tasted of absolutely nothing. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nestled in a beautiful Tuscany hotel, this restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. While the food was decent, the ambiance could be improved, though the hotel’s pool and green spaces added to the charm. Service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff.

Very beautiful and elegant village but there were some 'shrill' notes.
There are very refined views that abruptly meet with things left in storage.
Room cleaning not efficient.
Instead, I'll tell you about the dinner at the La Bianca restaurant:
Massimo is friendly and approachable, we choose the truffle tasting which has a fixed cost of €50.00 per person, obviously excluding drinks and the truffle you add (paying €7 per gram).
The chef offers a truly tasteless, bland tagliolini as a second first course (a clever idea since you add more truffle to give more flavour!).
But let's get to the dessert... burnt, inedible.
From the description it should have been 'choux, cream, coffee, nuts'.
We are served a choux in half but all black, with a terrible taste.
We point this out to Massimo, who professionally takes care of the room, and since he cannot say anything seeing the condition of the dessert on the plate, he assures us to remove it from the final bill.
This was not the case, the only glass of wine consumed during dinner was deducted, as a sop.
During the night it rains, we wake up completely flooded, for what the room costs, such inefficiencies should not occur at all.
Furthermore, there was no wifi in the room.
We point this out to reception, but all they do is ask for the room number. Stop.
A little disappointing!
