La Barracuda In Viareggio

I'm writing the review late on Easter Monday, 1/4/24 (my forgetfulness). There are ample parking spaces nearby. The place is busy, well-kept, welcoming. The owner was really kind and his advice turned out to be amazing. The clientele is regular, which means you eat well (and at a good price). We had a seafood appetizer, mussel pepper, mixed fried food, cuddles, meat tortelli, fried potatoes, tagliolini with squid ink. The portions are generous, of 4 diners only one had dessert, the others were decidedly full (even though the desserts were very tempting). There are few alternatives other than fish, but if you make a request at the time of booking the owner offers alternatives (which were valid for us). The ventilation is excellent, there was absolutely no fishy smell. 8 courses in total, no wine, 2 coffees, 95 euros. We will definitely be back.

Restaurant with excellent cuisine and very friendly and helpful staff

Good fish restaurant, very popular with locals, the pizza is biscuit type with little dough, I don't recommend it. Draft beer is terrible. The staff were all friendly apart from the boss, who had a rude attitude.
