What an amazing experience, after living in Japan for so long I was extremely pleased to enjoy the same experience of high quality Japanese food and kind service in my hometown. The lobster is highly recommended and the quality of the fish in general is extremely high. The venue is in a great location and meticulously decorated. Enjoy!

Finally a high international standard Japanese restaurant! Soon I will come back to try their Ramen... which I only eat if the restaurant is really good!!

Sono stata di venerdì sera, previa prenotazione, subito ci siamo accomodati. La location è molto carina e curata, abbiamo ordinato un mix di sushi cotto e crudo. Tutti eccellente. Unico consiglio è quello di avvertire che jalapeno messo può essere molto piccante. Per il resto lo consiglio!

In cerca di un ristorante giapponese, ci imbattiamo in questo locale in una delle vie più belle di Napoli consigliato da un amico. La cameriera che ci ha accolti è stata molto gentile sin da subito ma purtroppo, per difficoltà linguistiche, non è stata in grado di spiegarci il menù e ci ha chiesto di attendere la sua collega che è arrivata dopo un bel po’ di attesa. Finalmente riusciamo ad ordinare, l’attesa dei piatti è stata decisamente molto lunga nonostante il ristorante fosse praticamente vuoto. Cibo buono, ben cucinato e di alta qualità, ricette tradizionali, porzioni abbondanti. Peccato per l’attesa, sarebbe potuta essere una bellissima serata! Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

11/02/2024: Gennaro ti porta a passeggio per tutta una serata. Ti fa entrare nella filosofia del locale a piccoli passi senza annunci, tu ordini e lui ti spiega, tu mangi e lui ti consiglia. Poi interviene a gamba tesa e ti fa male, ti trasporta lì dove non avresti mai pensato e quel dolore, che al 99% senti solo se sei uomo, ti apre un nuovo mondo e da quel momento la percezione del gusto nella cucina giapponese è cambiato. Posto unico, provare per credere.
17/11/2023: In tre in giro per Chiaia, una rapida ricerca sul web ci porta a varcare la chiusura lampo di un tendone blu in piazzetta dell’Ascensione. Si apre un mondo, non solo una cena ma esperienza appagante e lontana anni luce dai locali orientali creati in serie, tutti dannatamente uguali. La prima G ci accoglie con aneddoti, assaggi e "battesimi", la seconda G ci conquista con il gusto e l'abbondanza dei piatti. Serata fuori dagli schemi, esperienza da ripetere.

07/04/2024: What a show! 🫶🏻 It is the right expression to define the dinner consumed with friends of @mmloungerestaurant An elegant location with sea view, impeccable staff from the entrance to the completion of our dinner. We also exchanged a few words with the owner of the facility, Giorgio, a very polite, friendly and elegant person, who totally reflects the style of the location. Furthermore, in a moment of the evening, precisely upon our arrival, we found him at the entrance while he was boned a salt crusted amberjack, which means that he is a humble owner, a first worker 👏 The dishes?! Each of them was HEAVENLY. In fact, we abandoned etiquette for a moment and the sauce with the sauce that accompanied the dish disappeared. Forgive us Etiquette 😂🙏 We will definitely be back ❤️ Thanks and… what a show! 🫶🏻
