Every time I go to those places, we always go to eat here because we know it, we get on well with both the staff who are always very kind and helpful and because we know how they cook we have always had a great time. I highly recommend it, we have always eaten well both in the restaurant and in the pizzeria.

If I have to judge the food is excellent we ate the fish and I must say that the food is like at the seaside if not better... as regards the service I have some reservations given that it took 20 minutes just to order a drink another 20 minutes to order food and another half hour to eat, now I understand that it was Saturday evening that the place was full but it must also be said that the place was full at 8.30pm but at 9.30pm it was half empty so the service should have been a little ' faster, however regarding the food to try...

Brilliant food - the restaurant was recommended to us for fish and pizza. We were able to eat the best pizza in the area, real Neapolitan pizza, and brilliant fish dishes. The ambience is also cool, inside you eat in an old building. Outside there is a kind of outdoor terrace, not spectacular, but it suits the small place and gives you the opportunity to eat outside in the summer.

Richtig tolle Küche mit genialen Speisen! Uns wurde das Restaurant empfohlen, da es für Pizza und Fisch bekannt sei. Haben wir ausprobiert und waren komplett begeistert. Pizza schmeckt richtig gut, die beste, die wir in der Umgebung gegessen haben und die Fischgerichte waren genial! Die Location innen ist sehr spannend, da altes Gemäuer.

I have been traveling along the coast of Tuscany, eating at all the seafood restaurants, and then we came to Castel del Piano and I thought it would be impossible to eat good fish in the mountains. This was the best fish restaurant I have been to in all my time in Tuscany. Refined, amazing combinations, so fresh, so delicious. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

Pizza buona sarebbe preferibile fosse servita un poco tagliata magari anche a spicchi grandi visto che poi con il coltello è un poco difficoltoso!

31/03/2024: Nice friendly and helpful environment. I took a glass of Morellino di Scansano for 6 euros, a platter with the entire selection of cheeses for 25 euros, a pinsa with mortadella and pistachio pesto for 15 euros, and a burrata with turnip greens for 15 euros...all excellent but a little 'expensive and in the complete selection of cheeses I would have added a red onion mustard or a small fruit jam in addition to the honey... recommended!

07/04/2024: I went there for Easter lunch with relatives everything was excellent, fresh and impeccably presented
24/02/2024: Restaurant in one of the best positions in the province of Grosseto, because Piazza Dante always has its charm, both in summer and winter; well-kept room with vaults as they were once built in Tuscany, well-set table with silver service; very kind staff who are very helpful in explaining the products offered, with a variety of courses even outside the menu to accommodate the seasonality of local and genuine products; cuisine of both meat and fish to satisfy the palate of even the most demanding; excellent wine list; to summarize in one word I would say highly recommended!!!
