Tried it last summer
After an afternoon spent tasting the fantastic Carpino wines, we came to dinner at this restaurant located in San Floriano. We were able to dine in the garden and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere.
We delighted in an excellent mixed starter made up of a selection of local cured meats.
I then continued with some excellent Biechi: a toasted and grilled rosemary pasta completed with trope onion, speck and Saint'Agur gorgonzola.
Finally, my partner and I shared some good lamb chops.

Excellent discovery on the Collio in San Floriano. I called for dinner. We arrived and were greeted simply in a quiet environment with a refined atmosphere. We ordered two courses per person, an off-menu starter and a first course excellently prepared, delicate and distinguishable flavours. The second courses are well prepared with selected ingredients. Both the chef and the lady in the dining room took care of us and the other guests in the dining room. It's one of those places we will visit again.

Very cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere on the hills of Gorška Brda (Slovenian Collio region), where you can taste very sophisticated dishes. In summer you can relax in the beautiful garden.

A veramente pochi metri dal confine, x arrivarci siamo entrati e usciti dalla Slovenia..Gli avventori parlano già lingue di oltre confine. Il menù parla chiaro se vuoi mangiare bene devi avere pazienza.. Burgher King lo trovi nelle grandi città! Ma la pazienza è stata veramente ripagata da un pranzo Molto Molto buono! Qui ti trattano bene e si mangia Molto Bene. Sono gentili anche se arrivi con il cane. Grazie dell ospitalità

Trovato questo posto per caso, passandoci davanti... Mangiato veramente bene, cose particolari e il personale decisamente molto cordiale. La location sotto agli alberi è decisamente stupenda. Complimenti ai gestori

Für uns eine Entdeckung. Wir sind zufällig auf die Osteria gestoßen, und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Service, tolles Essen, gute Weine, ein sehr gastfreundliches Haus.
