Having just arrived hungry on a cold and windy afternoon, enjoyed a good spritz and a splendid sea view. The so-so sandwich... perhaps the quality of the bread would have needed a twist on the griddle🤔

We come from Rome and we had dinner last night, since we were staying at the Stefania hotel we decided to try it, Marco the owner welcomed us, a nice and very professional person, he immediately puts you at ease, you can see that he has been doing catering for years, we asked for the advice on the wine list and ordered a Fontaliras which I already knew we ate a salad of octopus and crunchy celery which was really good as a second course a sea bass weighing around 1200g which he brought to the table before cooking it in salt it was cooked just right so much so that the meat was absolutely moist and retained all the flavor of the sea that you expect when you order a fish caught and not farmed, dessert, and finally bitters offered by him. What can I say, the right place to eat at a really honest price for these parts paid €120. I don't understand MP who reviews the restaurant as bad food and rudeness of the waiters, perhaps he ate at the self-service restaurant in another restaurant and then reviewed it, beware of the local guides, sometimes they do it only out of interest or dislike, in fact it's a shame that he didn't even put a photo of the food he despised so much. We will definitely return to Sardinia and eat there.
