First time at this restaurant and I have to say I felt like when Christopher Columbus discovered America! Lolita and Umbro, the owners, are in charge behind the scenes of the kitchen, where all the years of experience spent in this sector are found in the dishes we ordered...Everything that comes out of the grill is art...yes yes, I wrote art, because few people know how to cook on the grill and on rare occasions I have received dishes that were not burnt! The quality of the products is high and the wide choice of products from the Umbrian territory and nearby regions make you understand how much the Sovereign's cuisine is linked to its origins... then in the dining room, there is the icing on the cake... Timoti ! a boy of only 20 years old, good looking but with a lot of professionalism that you wouldn't expect to find in a restaurant like this... but yes, because it is here that you understand how nothing is taken for granted in this restaurant! Frequented during the holidays. Everything perfect, delicious and fresh food especially the exquisite meat and top quality truffles, impeccable service, excellent choice of wines. If there is a flaw it is the prices a little high compared to other restaurants but the quality is very high.

Locale che si trova in una location stupenda! Accogliente e caldo. Ottimo il servizio ai tavoli e la cucina perfetta con un buon connubio tra tradizione e innovazione. Buona la carta dei vini. Il conto leggermente alto ma che giustifico data la posizione del locale.

Das Ristorantino (kleines Restaurant) liegt 850m Luftlinie bzw. 1,6 km mit dem Auto außerhalb des Ortszentrums am Hang mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berglandschaft des Apennin. Auch wenn unser letzter Besuch schon vor sieben Jahren war, haben wir haben die leckeren Speisen, gute Weine aus der Region (z.B. Amelia - siehe Foto) und die freundliche Bedienung noch gut in Erinnerung.

Sono venuta con il mio fidanzato per il nostro anniversario. La location è molto intima. Il ragazzo in sala è molto preparato sulle pietanze e soprattutto sul vino ci ha consigliato benissimo. mi sono sentita “coccolata”. La cucina tipica del luogo è eccellente, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, carta dei vini molto ben fornita. Consiglio vivamente di venire.
