Il Santa Bistro' Moderno In Milano

A very pleasant lunch break with my son who allowed me to appreciate the cuisine of this bistro which definitely pushes the quality of its preparations offering the possibility of indulging in a quick lunch, but without compromises. I took the off-menu dish of the day which was a very light tripe accompanied by burratina. Truly sublime. My son had a very well prepared and tasty risotto. A glass of bubbles and off you go!

Piccolo locale situato al piano terra del palazzo della Regione, cucina di una certa ricercatezza, il servizio si è arenato per un po' tra antipasto e primi ma per il resto è andato tutto bene, il titolare è molto cordiale. Ho provato il menù di san valentino e sono rimasto soddisfatto, oltre che sazio. Esperienza positiva.

We went for an aperitif with friends. Very kind staff who keep us very welcoming and present. Stefano Grandi's cuisine is a true explosion of taste for the palate, aromas and flavors at the top. Highly recommended
