The cuisine is truly excellent. The pizzas, the desserts, everything is really very good. I absolutely recommend!

Not bad. I'm not crazy about the pizza because the oven is electric although I really appreciated the dough. I tried some stuffed truffle lunettes with dried tomatoes and it was very good. The Roman artichoke was pleasant but not Roman style.
We had the house red wine but it wasn't that great

Dinner based on artisanal pizza, tasty dishes, choice of wines.... all accompanied by a vintage DOC soundtrack. With the possibility of eating outdoors when the season allows it.
At lunch, every dish chosen was delicious: from the delicious and refined pasta all'amatriciana, to the gnocchi on a bed of pea puree with fresh truffle, to the asparagus pie, to the pistachio dessert which, like all the desserts served, is homemade. The tiramisu is top!
Second visit to this delightful restaurant where I reconfirm the impression of the first time and the general quality of what was served.

😃 Visiting Civita di Bagnoregio, a group of 5 people, we stopped to eat in this restaurant. Everything VERY GOOD! Refined but at the same time homemade dishes 😋 ....moral: you can forget about Civita but NOT about lunch!
Courtesy and kindness of the staff, all young, if I'm not mistaken the owner is called Caterina 😊
P.S. I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews but don't listen to them because they are written by those who understand nothing about cooking. We will definitely return (but not to see Civita 😄)

Locale grazioso a Bagnoregio con piatti buonissimi. Le mezzelune con granella di pistacchi e pomodori secchi sublimi, ottime anche le pappardelle al ragù di cervo che era il piatto del giorno.
Anche i secondi buoni con il maiale con le pere tenero e molto buono.
