menu varies daily according to what the chef finds fresh to prepare or what comes to mind. It is completely family-run. everything is freshly prepared so you have to wait a bit and it doesn't make many covers but you eat very well. a pleasant discovery. The costs are proportionate to the quality: €10/12 for a first course or €15 for a complete starter... excellent I'd say!

I went there with a colleague. Good quality and service. Dario is a fantastic host and advised us on what to eat. The veal sausage and the broad bean and mushroom puree are excellent. Minus the appetizer. To return

Characteristic environment in the heart of the historic center of Bitonto. Every day a different menu according to the seasons and the chef's imagination. Very honest account. Definitely worth trying

Location tipica pugliese in pieno centro storico alle spalle della cattedrale. Ottimo cibo e buon vino della casa. Il servizio grazie all'estro del cameriere/figlio del proprietario è veloce e divertente. non suggerisco un piatto in particolare perché come dice al momento dell'ordine il menù cambia di giorno in giorno sulla base della disponibilità delle materie prime.

Ristorante molto accogliente. Cibo molto curato e con materie prime eccellenti. L' entusiasmo del proprietario giovane è contagioso e ci ha fatto apprezzare i piatti tradizionali della cucina pugliese.

trattoria familiare nel pieno centro di Bitonto. I proprietari sono carinissimi , una bella realtà familiare . Piatti semplici ma con il vero sapore della cucina semplice pugliese. non c'è menu ma tutti i giorni propongono piatti diversi . Tutto molto buono dal crudo ai vari antipasti di terra , primi e secondi. Ci siamo stati la prima sera e ci siamo tornati anche il giorno dopo. una bella tradizione di un piccolo paese. I prezzi sono onesti sia per la qualità che la quantità. Vale la pena provare.
