Il Principino In Viareggio

Principino has wonderful venues for hosting events, it is an enchanting place. I would be curious to see a different setup, but what I was able to observe was excellent.

Locale molto bello, vista mare … personale cortese, piatti ben fatti e per niente scontati. Un plauso per la pulizia degli ambienti , veramente al top. Siamo stati molto bene, grazie 🙏

Pranzo della vigilia di Pasqua 2024. Prenotato telefonicamente il giorno prima. Alla sera leggo recensioni altamente negative. Decido di andare comunque contando di sfruttare quello che di positivo ha comunque la location ed un prevedibile non sovraffollamento come quel giorno negli altri ristoranti di Viareggio. La mia esperienza è risultata soddisfacente sia per quanto riguarda il servizio che il cibo ed il costo. Ambiente sostanzialmente elegante, tranquillo, non rumoroso e con tavoli non addossati uno all'altro. Non poco! Servizio al tavolo cortese, efficiente e nei tempi giusti. Cibo qualitativamente un poco sopra la media di Viareggio e ben presentato. Prezzi nel menu in linea con la la location, anzi inferiori ai tre-quattro ristoranti famosi. Lo consiglio.

I had the opportunity to dine in this restaurant for Women's Day. The location is very beautiful and well-kept, as is the atmosphere: warm and welcoming. After a welcome aperitif, as an appetizer we opted for a tuna tartare with fruit and a octopus soup and, as a second course, a nice mixed fry. All the dishes were really delicious and well presented. For dessert, they served us a "special" dessert made for the occasion: it was an excellent conclusion to the dinner! Also noteworthy is the service, which proved to be attentive, friendly, quick and professional. I highly recommend dropping by! Well done!👏

Optimal. Good place, good price, excellent quality

Valentine's Day dinner 2024, warm and enveloping atmosphere, soft light and romantic staff attentive to detail. We started with 2 tartare, one with tuna and strawberries, the other with Chianina, then followed by saffron risotto with pigeon and 2 second courses, a superlative braised beef cheek and a grilled fish all accompanied by a Vermentino which created the right combination between meat and fish and finally the "special desert" a white chocolate and passion fruit semifreddo. Our compliments to the chef for all the dishes especially the cheek and the desert, to the professional and precise dining room staff in every single detail and to the location for the atmosphere.
