restaurant located not far from the center of Siena, little parking and you have to be careful of cars whizzing by, family-run place and you can see their commitment, good starter with cured meats and cheeses + mixed croutons, as for the pasta ( pici with verbena and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms) good and plentiful dishes, good value for money

Excellent dinner, started with pici alla verbena, a bit of a wait but delicious, then mixed grill for 2 which was also excellent and to finish the house tiramisu, a place not for those looking for top form and star portions. This is where you eat to eat, coming from me who is 120 kg. Highly recommended, price 75 euros for 2 people, if I pass through Siena I will definitely return

A tavern, with good dishes from local and non-local cuisine, everything I ate was good from the starter to the desserts, the meat was very tender, the waiter was friendly, the service was quite fast

A little "retro" place so to speak. Not an incredible environment, not very well looked after, a bit street-like and in fact it is on the road that leads to Siena. Beyond this I must say that the food is absolutely plentiful and of good quality. The meat is very tasty, tender, well cooked! I've read bad reviews and I wonder if people always expect a Michelin five star. Service a little slow but friendly.

03/09/2023: Beautiful place under the trees with a very good cook who also happens to be a singer. Very good bruschetta and meat. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the "hamburger with french fries" for 15€, as it is only a meat Pattie on some lettuce. No bun, no cheese, no onions, no tomatoes, just meat with fries. Would suggest renaming the dish Italian meat Pattie with french fries in order not to confuse the customer. The service was friendly but not very attentive so you have to ask for everything and wait.

13/05/2024: Ho cenato in questo ristorante e devo dire che la qualità del cibo c’era, impiattamento molto basilare però buono. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la tipologia di locale, consigliato per chi cerca qualcosa di genuino. Davvero una bella vista sui vigneti
28/04/2024: Scelto per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Bella location, abbiamo mangiato benissimo dal gran tagliere ai pici, al peposo......Ottimo rapporto qualiità prezzo. Vasta scelta di Chianti nella carta dei vini. Personale cortese. Ottima accoglienza anche per il mio cagnolino.
