Restaurant located a few meters from one of the central squares. Excellent and attentive service. Menu not too extensive but equipped with every typical local product, the chef's menu and the mixed starter with grass pea soup are highly recommended.

Very good food. We ordered the lasagna, a pasta and a hamburger, a water, 2 glasses of wine and a spritz. As we had booked through the fork we had a discount on the food, so the bill was €57. I heard good things about the starters too, although I didn't try them. It's worth knowing and trying the local cuisine The only thing is that the cover was €3 per person, which I thought was a bit high for the place.

Very nice and courteous staff, delicious food. Unfortunately, the bread served with it was a bit too soft.

Really very pleasant experience, fantastic food for an absolutely adequate price. Very nice location and style of the place and very friendly service. I would really go back with pleasure.

Bien situé en haut du Sasso Caveoso..une cuisine bien locale et goûteuse. Une entrée de pâtes au four/sauce tomates et pâtes au ragu excellentes

Locale che dispone sia di uno spazio esterno che di una piccola saletta interna. Buoni sia i primi che i secondi, ottimi le orecchiette al ragù. Staff cordiale e cortese, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato

26/03/2024: As promised, I returned to a place that had particularly fascinated me. From the engaging atmosphere to the exquisite and high-quality dishes. I found everything very good and once again they managed to satisfy me and my friends, who would like to return as soon as possible! Value for money is right as a dish of a certain type corresponds to a price that makes it worthy.
11/02/2024: Now a safety for my trips to Matera. Definitely the best for food, location and service. Highly recommended

07/04/2024: The food is good, but not enough explanations in the menu regarding the ingredients and the dish description. Quite expensive but a very nice atmosphere inside (the restaurant is into a cave).
