Il Panaro de La Fratta In Umbertide

Excellent place for a quick lunch just outside Umbertide, with 13 euros and 50 a second course, a side dish, water, wine and the torte al testo (also called crescia locally) absolutely worth trying in a thousand ways (with ham, sausage etc .). I would like to point out the particular kindness and friendliness of the lady at the counter, with a smile and courteous manner that never hurts.
