07/10/2025: WOW! WOW! WOW! We are in the tartufo area. BUT! here you can have a lentil soup made from local lentils. Or maybe something with wheat from here? Salsiccia Bar is recommended by locals from the area - this is not a tourist attraction! They really cook great here!
09/08/2025: On the main street in Norcia, this might seem like a tourist spot, but it's actually an excellent restaurant, with cuisine worthy of the town it's located in. The menu is extensive, featuring many Norcia specialties. The pappardelle with wild boar are excellent, as are the tagliolini alla norcina. The pizza is also quite good. Recommended

23/09/2025: A random choice that turned out to be excellent: a welcoming atmosphere, excellent and clean rooms with all the amenities, and very welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast; we didn't have lunch or dinner. Definitely choose it.
