A winning team. Efficient, kind, helpful, excellent cuisine, excellent pizza from Neapolitan to thin. We also relied on them for the cake and it was a pleasant surprise. Cozy place and excellent prices. Congratulations to all.

Pizza as good as the fillets, excellent location, exceptional service. We will absolutely be back. I recommend booking especially on weekends. The thin Emiliana pizza is also very good. I always take it with cooked ham and burrata.

Very good pizzas any way you take them. Personally I prefer the Sottile Emiliana but it's a matter of taste. Friendly and helpful staff. Good homemade desserts. Returned after a month, the place was full even though it was a midweek day. You can see that they work well and with passion. However, fast and friendly service. Triticum dough was tried and it was very digestible. Really good dumpling and tigelle evening on Monday evening. Not only gnocchi and tigelle but also cured meats, of superior quality.

The food is delicious! The ingredients are first choice and you can feel it in the flavours. But you can't wait an hour and a quarter for a pizza!

Very good pizza in all its versions. Personally I recommend the Neapolitan version, tried recently and well cooked and stuffed. The desserts such as the lactose-free panna cotta are also very good. I recommend booking.

Locale molto frequentato, anche in settimana, si consiglia la prenotazione. Staff cordiale e servizio mediamente veloce. Noi abbiamo optato per la tigellata a 13€, ma contiamo di ritornare per le fantastiche pizze che preparano, anche se sarà estremamente difficile scegliere impasto e condimento data la varietà delle proposte. Ampia è anche la lista delle birre in bottiglia, mentre ne offrono tre tipologie diverse alla spina. Venendo al cibo, le tigelle non sono male, anche se ho preferito di gran lunga gli gnocchi fritti (un po' meno la sera tornata a casa e il mattino dopo, probabilmente a causa della frittura non proprio leggera). Il tutto è stato accompagnato da salame, mortadella, crudo, culatello, lardo, giardiniera, salsa alle verdure, grana, stracchino, marmellata e nutella. Sicuramente buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, anche senza il bisogno di chiedere altro (sui loro profili social pubblicizzano tigelle e pincini all you can eat, ma nel menù non se ne fa esplicito riferimento).

17/03/2024: An enchanting place Three steps, a door and you enter the historical memory of a city as magical as it is ungrateful in remembering what were, for some of us continue to be, moments of authentic sharing. At the end of the nineties in this place which still gathers in rare atmospheres today, trying to resist local ingratitude, and moreover still succeeding well in this aim, in that period dinners were organized with authors, from Stefano Tassinari to Carlo Lucarelli, Massimo Carlotto. And many more names of culture. Exhibitions of young and old local artists were organised. We could smell the traditional flavors for us omnivores, no more menus that are now widespread everywhere. Cappellacci, tagliatelle, salami, pinzino and strictly red wine. To this day it remains the most beautiful venue in the city. To understand and love it you must have had the fortune of inhabiting it and experiencing it then. However, there is always an emotion to experience. The cuisine remains fairly faithful to what it was, the atmosphere of the place is identical. The rest is up to those who decide to enter so as not to be absolutely disappointed. On the contrary! Be faithful to our places and inhabit them with joy.

07/04/2024: The refuge is definitely worth a visit for the atmosphere and the different experience it gives you. We went to the restaurant where the cover charge was partially justified by the beauty of the room and the plates and glasses used (although 5 euros would be a more correct figure). The staff is very kind and helpful. The biggest criticism I make is for the cuisine. If you place the dishes in that price range, they have to be worth that price and that is not the case. I found the meat raw and not of top quality (lots of sinew and not very tender), vegetables thrown there just for decoration but inedible as they were not treated or seasoned, accompanying sauces not exceptional. I recommend it, yes, but not for the food as the primary motivation.
01/04/2024: We had lunch at the restaurant, a decidedly suggestive place... The waiters were very kind and the food was good, unfortunately €7 per cover is a bit much, the bill was also high.....
