Peppercorn remains a certainty. The certainty of raw materials and respect for them. The certainty of bread making and a good cellar. The certainty of the tranquility of the place and the kindness of the service. There are those who talk about stars... I agree with them but I believe that the certainty of this place is the desire to offer cuisine without high awards that impose criteria. Peppercorn has a free, experimental and research cuisine... and as a customer I appreciate this choice immensely. I recommend it to those who want to isolate themselves from the city and take a trip to Sicily for a few hours.
