Found this place by accident when driving around. Very cute restaurant, with lovely waiters and hostess. Fine dining with all local products! We recommend the wagyu carpaccio, delicious! We will definitely come back for dinner.

Top food and service but without being too fussy. My wife and I pleasantly discovered this place. We were immediately welcomed with familiarity, but without ever losing sight of the concept of the customer. Service really well done, courteous, friendly and punctual, but without ever lapsing into too combed, indeed as written welcoming and familiar. In short, you have a top experience but you feel at ease. Truly exceptional food. And the service is really carried out with great care. Account in line with experience and in the end you realize that what you spend is right. Note of merit, all self-produced food including wagyu that they raise themselves (very rare to find). The cut is amazing, but in reality everything was super. It's worth going out one less time, but trying this experience. We highly recommend it and will definitely keep it. P.s. I have to compliment you on the tarte tatin.

Ottimo ristorante a base di carne con materie prime eccellenti e prodotte in casa. Assolutamente da provare. Una menzione particolare ai salumi prodotti con i loro suini neri. Menu degustazione da 70 euro, torneremo sicuramente per assaggiarlo.

Excellent raw material that you immediately appreciate from the appetizers to the dessert, including the first courses, which off the menu I was able to taste excellent fettuccine, rigorously made with their own hens' eggs, with freshly sliced ​​white truffle on top of the pasta. Cold cuts with an almost unique aroma, black pork and waygu carpaccio delight the appetizers. Finishing a meal with desserts that taste like you expect isn't for everyone. What can I say, a must try for those who haven't been there yet, we will be back

Dalla strada si vede una piccola casa rosa che non dà l’impressione di essere arrivati in un posto da 5 stelle, entrando dentro invece si cambia subito idea perché internamente è molto carino e rifinito. Ovviamente non basta, è quando iniziamo ad arrivare i salumi dell’ antipasto strepitoso, poi arrivano i primi che non deludono le aspetttative e infine il secondo per certificare che l’allevamento di famiglia di wagyu è di altissima qualità, che dire, ci siamo presi anche il dolce per chiudere in bellezza! Cresciuto con gli allevamenti di famiglia mangiare dei prodotti e delle materie prime di questa qualità è una rarità!

Che bontà! Bellissimo essere coccolati dalle proprietarie che, nel far sentire a proprio agio i commensali, conoscono benissimo ciò che vendono. E così ci siamo fatti piacevolmente incantare dai racconti sul wagyu e sulla storia di come è nato questo magico posto. Le pietanze sono davvero fenomenali, una cura verso i sapori e gli abbinamenti incredibile. Consiglio fortemente gli gnocchi e la tagliata. La torta all'anice sublime...ma la differenza, su ogni cosa, la fa il servizio. Ci siamo lasciati viziare da questo bellissimo posto e torneremo sicuramente!!!! Grazie davvero della piacevolissima serata

Ottimo ristorante. Piatti ben presentati, che denotano una bella preparazione e raffinatezza nella composizione. Materie prime di ottima qualità. Consiglio menù degustazione ( 70 euro/p) Composto da 2 antipasti, 2 primi, un secondo e dolce ( miglior modo per conoscere questo luogo incantato). Accoglienza piacevolmente discreta , da parte di chi ha scelto questo mondo come stile di vita e non come un occasione commerciale. Ambiente minimalista , pulito. Qui il tempo si ferma... gustate le portate senza fretta ...e godetevi il resto. In poche parole:" una cucina che affascina" .

06/01/2024: Characteristic and familiar atmosphere! Excellent welcome always with a smile on the owner's lips. Homemade cuisine, exposed wood oven to admire the professionalism of the pizza makers! Two distinct rooms, one more dedicated to families and the other to young people. Good selection of beers. Totally recommended!
26/12/2023: Everything was great, a wedding lunch at a good price... meat, fish, drinks at will and everything was delicious!!! Impeccable service and friendliness as always.

01/04/2024: Pleasantly familiar environment. Super generous portions. The best, the tagliatelle alla griscia, I hope written well, nothing short of exceptional. The meat very good. Price more than fair. I declare the lady a "heritage of humanity".
11/03/2024: Journey of hope with a really dilapidated truck and with a retired companion in a state of constant agitation. On the way back, when the anxiety had subsided, we were struck by a very dangerous pang of hunger, thanks to the mountain breeze and the constant changes in altitude. My retired companion remembered this place where he had eaten years before: "it's a lady who cooks at home". We wander around a bit to find the lady but nothing, I launch myself into the navigator and find various names but the answer from my retired companion is always the same: "no the name is too refined it can't be", as soon as I mention "the shin" the my companion says: "yes let's go". We spot from afar what we think might be the lady's husband, we urge him with: "can we eat?!?" And he: "Here we always eat". Parking in front of a beautiful, ancient source. Once you enter, the tablecloths bought on postalmarket immediately catch your eye and a room that exudes history on all sides, you immediately feel at home. We sit next to a Nordica stove, which at least will have burned the entire Amazon forest, always kept at maximum power by the owner of the house and immediately sublimates all the efforts of the day. My retired companion, obsessed with tripe he tried years before, does nothing but repeat to the lady "I want tripe" while we were trying to order and so to break the deadlock I say to the lady: "do it yourself". Excellent choice, a tray immediately arrives with coppa and ham of excellent quality with pleasant hints of orange, bruschetta made on the fly with garlic (very powerful, I made people run away for days, so a very positive thing), wine red and sparkling water. The tripe that had been advertised to me for hours did not disappoint: a nice text that normal people would consume in 4, spicy and not too rinsed and the broccoli that accompanied it was also spicy. The very bitter gentian did nothing but confirm that the lunch was not suitable for delicate palates and was also greatly appreciated. The sets of all different dishes, the kindness of the lady and the food made me feel truly at home, thank you for everything. Fortunately my retired companion fell asleep after lunch.
