13/05/2024: Nice hotel in Verceia with excellent views of Lake Mezzola. Hotel with good potential, given the structure and location, which however are not exploited. Ample parking is available. Clean room, large bathroom with beautiful shower, but everything very "minimal", no bathroom amenities, no bedside lamps, no air conditioning (or at least I wasn't able to activate it since there were no instructions available), no package / information brochure on the structure, our double bed creaked a lot, causing considerable discomfort during sleep, furthermore my mattress was deformed (it had a clear central depression). In the morning we woke up at 7.15 because someone (I think it was someone from the internal kitchens) had the brilliant idea of ​​activating the waste cardboard compacting press. At the breakfast buffet there were no cold cuts, and 3 shapeless pieces of cheese lay hidden in a container, there was freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit salad and 2 good tarts plus other food. Friendly staff. We were very disappointed with our stay and also with our dinner at this property. Thank you for your kind response after "3" years of my stay..........
