Very nice and refined environment, for their dishes they use quality products that are prepared and cooked perfectly; the dishes are also very beautiful. Really nice place, also highly recommended for romantic dinners, we will be back soon to taste the other dishes on the menu

Great bait for €37 per person. We went for dinner recommended by the Salvadonica hotel and what a wonderful restaurant! We loved EVERYTHING! There were 2 of us and we shared the asparagus flan with pecorino sauce, the ravioli stuffed with potato with a sauce with white ragù (without tomato) and a touch of mint that were delicious and we finished with the manzo tagliata on a leek and hazelnut sauce My goodness, how delicious and tender the meat was and we accompanied it with some baked potatoes. Although we shared the dishes, it was served to us on 2 plates and the portions were large, so we were full and did not order desserts. To drink we had 1 water, 1/2l of wine and 2 coffees and we paid €74, a very good price for the quality of the food. The service was fast and very friendly. I definitely recommend it and I will return when I visit this area again!

Osteria near San Casciano. Menu that combines Tuscan tradition with quite refined vegetarian dishes. The service was friendly and precise, the dishes were not very fast. Welcoming environment with easy parking, outdoor and covered tables. Medium-high price.

Location veramente molto carina quella di ieri sera. Una splendida cascina sulle colline di Firenze. Curata sia esternamente che internamente. Rivisitata nello stile non proprio country ma con delle note moderne che secondo me non guastano,rendendo tutto il suo interno un un'ambiente caldo ed accogliente a tutti gli effetti. Al muro dipinti di pittori locali padroneggiano nelle grandi pareti illuminate simmetriche per far sì che ogni tavolo abbia uno spazio molto intimo. Titolare veramente carino e gentile. Molto disponibile con i clienti. Veniamo al menu': La scelta un pochino difficile e coraggiosa direi,nel presentare una Firenze di tradizioni con un mix verso il gourmet. Apprezzato da me lo ammetto che amo assaggiare tutto ma forse non gradita in un pubblico al cento per cento. Scelte che dividono sempre un po' la clientela...ma del resto ci vuole coraggio!!! Premiati senza dubbio nel coniglio ripieno e nella mousse meravigliosa di caprino con mele che lo chef mi ha fatto arrivare in un bicchiere perfettamente servita. Ottima la tagliata con le mandorle e gli spinaci saltati . Dolci.....no vabbè....tortino di mele. Ottimo. Cotto perfettamente, caldo al profumo di cannella . Il mio preferito lo sapete ormai. Ristorante carino, piatti abbondanti e deliziosi, personale gentile e professionale. Due taglieri, 4 primi, degustazione di 7 cantucci con vin santo ed un magnifico Chianti classico abbiamo speso 40€ cadauno! Ci ritornerei!

We have been several times for dinner and also for lunch on Sunday. The place is magical, an old barn recently renovated overlooking a panorama with breathtaking sunsets. Traditional Tuscan cuisine is revisited with excellent combinations and excellent quality raw materials. Mainly the meat, from steak to rabbit to pigeon, truly exceptional! Even the fresh pasta first courses are delicious with excellent sauces and condiments. I highly recommend it!

We stopped by chance for lunch, never a better choice. Nice place, very friendly owner, Chef 10 cum laude
