Splendid and truly evocative place, a visit to discover the cellar, the natural waterfall inside and the old oil mill is recommended. Nice and really good food, a wide choice of very interesting dishes. Friendly staff and super nice owner, highly recommended!

Dining inside a cave that used to be a place where they made produce. There is an actual waterfall inside this place and there is a see through staircase. Beautiful view on Civita do Bagnerreggio. Food is really good too.

Ottimo, cucina tradizionale della Tuscia con qualità decisamente superiore alla media. Dai primi ai contorni. Posto bellissimo e particolare, all'interno di grotte scavate e collegate tramite camminamenti nella roccia. Prezzi onestissimi, si mangia con il minimo sindacale di oggi. Vasta gamma di vini di zona in bottiglia, buono anche quello della casa. Non per ultimo, personale estremamente cortese e professionale. Consigliatissimo!

31/03/2024: Excellent restaurant in the center of Caprarola. Spectacular grilled meat and fabulous first courses, young staff and excellent wine list. Delicious desserts, with typical ingredients of the area such as chestnuts and hazelnuts. Highly recommended!!!
