I went to this restaurant thanks to the advice of a friend, a truly characteristic place, I would add with a romantic touch, nice, I ate and drank really well. I highly recommend it, the owner was also really kind and friendly. If I return to Rome I will definitely go there.

I often dine at "Desiderio preto by the tail" and every time I am impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the service. The menu presents a variety of tasty and refined dishes. Place with attention to detail. I recommend the restaurant for a beautiful dining experience. Congratulations to Tumpa and his staff!

Excellent restaurant, NON-TOURISTIC, a little secluded, near Piazza Navona. Very pleasant atmosphere and environment, original and refined menus, friendly and attentive service. Good choice of wines

A different approach to pizza and pasta heaven. The baccalo on puree I ate was delicious and interesting, but it was not taste-worthy. Pasta with broccoli leaves was not very popular, but the one with artichoke and shrimp was liked. It was not pleasant for them to pay for bread and water. It's not one of those restaurants you'd visit a second time.
Locale molto carino ed accogliente, atmosfera tranquilla e intima, la proprietaria davvero gentile e il cibo ottimo. Antipasto vegetale super, baccalà anche! Da non trascurare il golden retriver educatissimo che ti accoglie all’ingresso!! 🤩

Piatti cucinati in modo semplice, ma assai saporito e appagante per la vista e il gusto. Il tutto in un contesto familiare, amichevole, persino un po’ sofisticato. Dolci superbi, accostamenti non consueti, ma decisamente azzeccati. Accoglienza davvero ottima, un piacere esserci stati. Alla prossima…
