Looking for a bit of cool air, we found this little place outside the heat of the city, on the banks of a lake, and we had a great time. Excellent food, delicious pizza and the possibility of a higher Neapolitan dough, good and plentiful appetizer. Very friendly and nice waiters, prepared, attentive, fast, and the owner very welcoming. At the end of dinner we stood on the shore of the lake to look at the stars of San Lorenzo...wonderful coolness! We will definitely be back!!

Excellent dinner, very knowledgeable and friendly staff I highly recommend, eaten from pizza to meat through to mixed starters. Great choice of wines and bubbles

The restaurant immediately earns positive points for the view of the lake. The staff, very young and kind, unfortunately got lost several times and left trays and empty bottles on the table. To order a water I went to the counter. The food is good. Waiting times above average due to the many seats. The bill, rechecked several times, does not add up, surely something was added that we did not order. However, I would go back because the place is worth it but the management needs to be improved.

Enchanted place, great food... The tartare was spectacular!!! Not to mention the gnocchi and to top it off the mascarpone cream in the crunchy basket!!! I definitely recommend you try it!!!

We stopped to not eat on the E45, very very nice, with a view of the fishing lake, one waiter in particular is very nice.

Excellent for the quality of the dishes, service and courtesy. Gluten-free menu comparable to the standard menu with the same quality, truly super. I recommend it to everyone, celiac or not. Thank you very much to the owner and his staff.

The restaurant is located in a truly beautiful and practically unique place in the area, as it overlooks the Cospaia lake. Just the perfect mix between the charm of the location, the excellent cuisine (restaurant and pizzeria) and the great attention and care of the service, make the Covo a destination that deserves to be discovered.... and to which you will always gladly return! If only to taste the excellent wines available and count on Enrico to make the right pairings with the chosen dishes!!

07/08/2024: The place is cute and has potential. The cocktails are very good. The problem is the service which is slow and not very attentive. We ordered four drinks and the waitress brought three. I requested mine and was told "ok perfect" but it still hadn't arrived, I requested it and another waitress said "no but we can't do this today" so I got another one instead of my original … It's a slightly expensive place and for an aperitif you have to ask for the chips yourself. I think it's a shop policy but you have to pay the bill immediately even though there were few people and we were sitting there at the table, I could understand during events but on a Tuesday evening a little exaggerated. Furthermore there is nothing for vegans and vegetarians a bit the same...

05/08/2024: Ho trovato per caso questa trattoria,all'inizio ero titubante ad entrare,mi sono affacciato dentro per vedere se c'erano clienti,ho visto che era quasi pieno e sono entrato.Non mi sono affatto pentito per la scelta.Cucina vecchia maniera,casareccia e di qualità,è stato come mangiare a casa.Proprietari cortesi,prezzi onesti,la metà di altri ristoranti di Perugia.Vista la qualita ed i prezzi ci ritornerò in questa settimana.
