05/05/2024: Very good ice cream with a wide choice of flavours! Very kind staff.

30/04/2024: I have been a customer for approximately 4 years. I previously gave it 5 stars. Since the old staff left (Licio, we miss you!), not only the place, but also the ice cream is no longer the same. I've been taking a medium cup with pistachio and "nutellone" for years. I usually prefer pistachio and hazelnut, because Nutella is often too stringy (in other ice cream shops). However, the last time I was there (a few days ago) I was disappointed: the Nutella had become very normal chocolate, it no longer had the characteristic taste that led me to define this as my favorite ice cream shop (to the point of going there specifically if I wanted an ice cream, even if I was far from the center). The ice cream is still good, but not as good as before. A disappointment, in short. I will continue to frequent Coccolato, but I don't think I will travel further for an ice cream like the others (as I did previously).
