Se cercate piatti gourmet o impiattamenti come fossero quadri, allora cambiate locale. Qui si trovano pietanze genuine, ben fatte, gustose ,fatte …come una volta quando andavi a casa di mamma! Il tutto accompagnato da gentilezza, cortesia, simpatia ,grande conoscenza degli ingredienti e dei vini della carta. Cosa consigliare? Noi abbiamo assaggiato piaci alla nana, tortellini maremmani con sugo di cinghiale, sformatino e fegatelli di maiale( sublimi ). Da ritornare al più presto per altri assaggi….

We had to book in order to find a free table. The restaurant is located in a secondary street in the center, easily accessible on foot. A welcoming and very familiar place, a warm environment full of decorations including history and themed objects. The service is fast, clear, the menu is simple in presentation but refined in its courses. Each dish accompanied by the owner's description became inviting. Already in appearance they appeared well-groomed and abundant, but in taste... what can I say... exquisite, delicious, a mix of balances enhanced by the quality of the raw materials and the love of traditional cuisine. A trattoria that counts as a starred restaurant. We devoured the dishes and, being the miser that we are, we didn't even miss the dessert, which was excellent too. We will definitely return to try other dishes. However, the owner is truly the best, he pampers customers and puts them at ease by giving time and suggestions for the menu. Super recommended. Well done.

Do you know that feeling when you are invited to someone's home and that someone takes "care" of you in the best way?! that's how we felt on Saturday night when we had dinner in this restaurant. Excellent food, nice place and great atmosphere! When we return to Maremma, we will gladly return there!
