On the occasion of today's market I had lunch at Brindo, a very welcoming environment and really excellent pizza, they also make it pan-fried, the staff were very kind.

I think I ate the best chickpea farinata of my life, they also serve pan pizza, which is not very common and they make a very good flat pizza, it's a shame that the dough tastes a little like yeast but I fully recommend its consistency ratings, low but crisp. To try. Ah! And you don't have to pay a cover charge, but if you want, I recommend leaving a small tip anyway given the warmth of the place, which isn't very elegant but feels like home.

La prima sera ci siamo andati quasi per caso , era vicino al B&B dove dormivamo .. La sera successiva ci siamo tornati .. e peccato non averlo potuto fare ancora ... Pizza al tegamino buonissima , farinata superlativa ...ingredienti di qualita' , personale e cuoco alla mano e MOLTO bravi a trattare bene il cliente ... Chapeau a tutti ... BRAVI!!!
