We came to Asti for a day trip. We stopped to eat at the Brillo Parlante because the choice was more typical than the other places and I must say that we did well, abundant dishes, traditional flavors and excellent raw materials, the prices in my opinion are excellent (I would have gladly paid a little more more for the quality they offer)... the rabbit is recommended!! if we were to return to Asti we will certainly return to you. Also noteworthy is the Barolo and the courteous and attentive service

Maximum availability to find a table at the last minute on a Saturday evening despite the place being small but welcoming. Relaxing atmosphere, soft lights and gentle music lead to relaxation and dialogue. The tablecloth is missing on the tables but everything else is there... Like the remarkable choice of wines, we ordered two second courses and a dessert and I must say we were satisfied with both, the only note being the meat, as these are dishes, for obvious reasons , already ready it deserved to be hotter. Fabulous Bunet. Discreet and extremely helpful service. I recommend booking for anyone who wants to try it.

The food is great. Definitely worth the price.
The waiter was super friendly and helpful.
For the rest I was stared at at the entrance (yes, I was dressed as a motorbike so obviously I didn't have the desired clothing for the venue).
When we asked for wine, the glass was offered to us. The table does not include a tablecloth, too bad the table joints are full of crumbs.
However I recommend it.
Just a little tip: the dress doesn't make the man... avoid being so shameless in observing the client's external appearance.
Furthermore, the wine must be opened at the table in front of the customer.

Ambiente rinnovato, molto carino, anche se l'entrata/uscita poco agevole e non di grande impatto. Cucina ottima (il vitello tonnato uno dei più buoni mai mangiati!), servizio attento e puntuale, bella idea la carta dei vini "a vista". Ci ritorneremo!

L'atmosfera è elegante e raffinata e il personale è gentile e disponibile.
Siamo arrivati abbastanza tardi e comunque ci hanno fatto accomodare.
Tutto quello che abbiamo assaggiato era buono, alcuni piatti particolari.
Conto in linea con quello che abbiamo ordinato

Came back after years but it was a fantastic return! Evening with friends who were all satisfied. Excellent quality raw materials then cooked with the right balance and combinations. Thanks so much we will be back.
Just a little advice: a runner or a tablecloth would be useful.

Well presented dishes, good but not wow, minimal style room and efficient service. From my point of view, there is no wine list or someone who is able to describe them and uncork them at the table in front of the customer.
