Gabriele, the owner’s+chef of this fabulous restaurant, will accommodate you in the best way you can imagine. Be will make sure that you know every single detail about the dish(only if you wish of course) and he will do it with a huge smile on his face!

An exceptional dining experience with charming ambiance and a hands-on owner who cares deeply about creating memorable meals. This was our third visit to Florence and B.O.r.G.O. in two years and we will continue to book a table here every time we return.
Gabriele is passionate about serving high quality farm-to-table food at reasonable prices. My husband very much enjoyed his duck terrine and I savored every morsel of the “daily special” asparagus pasta dish.
It was a pleasure to see Gabriele once again while appreciating the masterful recipes of this hidden gem!

A gem! Fantastic good and delicious fresh food with beautiful dishes. The chef does everything himself. Nice man who shines when you like it. Had a very successful evening. Nice environment and everything tip top! Recommended!

Magnificent restaurant, very intimate with charming decoration! By far the best dining experience in all of Florence! Sophisticated and refined cuisine, charming and attentive staff. We are far from the tourist trap restaurant: the menu is limited, the products are fresh, it is simply DELICIOUS.

A welcoming and familiar place, you are welcomed by the owner with a kind and passionate manner.
The menu is varied and makes you want to order everything on paper, you can perceive the passion and uniqueness of the dishes made available to the customer.
I highly recommend it to everyone.

Dining in this restaurant was truly a beautiful experience, Gabriele, the owner, very kind, very competent and attentive to the details of his exceptional dishes. He conveys his passion for his place right from the first greeting and it is something that is greatly appreciated. Super recommended!!
