The friendliness and hospitality of Gabriele and his wife cannot be outdone by the dishes, absolutely of excellent quality, prepared with wisdom and selected quality products. The choice of wines is also excellent, especially due to the attention to the territory. Mandatory stop between Rome and Naples. Highly recommended!

Very intimate and welcoming place. Few seats so I recommend booking. The quality is excellent and the cost is low. The service is equally excellent.. the staff is smiling and kind. Initial aperitif offered... a service that I really liked.

Una vera e propria garanzia. Tutto semplicemente squisito, dall’antipasto caldo e freddo, passando per i vari primi e secondi fino ad arrivare al dolce. Un percorso di puro piacere accompagnato da un servizio impeccabile.

Excellent restaurant, from all points of view. The venue is magnificent, made of stone and truly very elegant and sophisticated. There is particular attention to food. Selected, top quality ingredients. Top both meat and fish. Highly recommended

Premetto che non è la prima volta per me al borgo !!! Se ci ritorni è perché ne vale davvero la pena !!! Tutto super buono piatti particolari e ricchi del sapore che promettono le foto !!! Tutto davvero al top .. e poi il locale stesso curato in tutti i minimi dettagli e particolari .. una super chicca .. complementi!

02/04/2024: No surprises... arrived under the recommendation of trusted friends, the restaurant met every rosy expectation, excellence of taste, cuts of meat, cooking, quality of service. From today it becomes an obligatory stop for future stays in the splendid setting of Fiuggi. Great chef Alessandro and super Eddy!!!
31/03/2024: All perfect! Excellent Easter lunch. The specialty of this restaurant is barbecue but it doesn't joke about the rest either. Rich and good starter, very soft and tasty pork cheek. Friendly and precise service, very nice and well-kept place. I would say the price is right.

01/05/2024: Hello, pilgrim arrived 12/11/2023, I was very well received by the manager who served me a good meal. The room is clean, the hostel is well kept, BRAVO and thanks to the boss. Guy Pilgrim from Gap France to Monte Sant'Angelo Puglia
