Ideal Firenze In Firenze

We really appreciated this stay just spent at the NH Firenze! A beautiful room with a view and a small terrace, equipped with all comforts, and from which to enjoy unique sunsets! Upon arrival in the room I was greeted by a super personalized VIP treatment from the guest relations department 🤩. In the morning, the breakfast buffet with all its variety of products is the perfect treat to start the day with, also thanks to the always available and super professional dining room staff! I therefore thank the entire NH Firenze team for making my stay special, including those who work "behind the scenes" (housekeeping for the cleanliness of the room and kitchen for the quality of the products)! Super recommended also for the location, the center is in fact easily reachable on foot, as well as by public transport! Congratulations to everyone 💙💪🏻

+ excellent 4-star hotel 15 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and S. Maria Novella station. + huge parking in front of the structure. - strange characters wandering around and asking you for alms.

My daughter lives in Florence and when we go to visit her we now always stay in this hotel. Strategic for getting around by tram, clean and comfortable rooms, truly super breakfast, very convenient parking for the car and exceptional staff. I don't remember all the names but my respect and thanks truly go to everyone, from Davide to Fabiola, to Federica to Simona and all the others! On the last occasion we organized my daughter's 18th birthday party and we were very satisfied with every aspect, from the cuisine, to the attention, care and concern with which we were treated. Very good hotel, superb breakfast with attentive staff... however when booking it is not noted anywhere that access to the roof terrace (from where the view must be superb, photo on the site) is only possible from June to September... small disappointment.
